Eligibility

• Students under 18 must have guardian consent to enroll in programs
• Mentors must be 18 or older and pass our application review
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for educational and program-related purposes
• Do not harass, bully, or share inappropriate content
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

Program Participation

Enrollment in programs does not guarantee completion or certification. We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, and capacity. Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated at enrollment.

Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of projects they create. By submitting projects for showcase publication, students grant Squirrels Tech a non-exclusive license to display the work publicly with the consent provided at submission.

Limitation of Liability

Squirrels Tech provides educational services "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or programs.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
